
The year started shooting back-to-back promo videos and EPK for a new classical artist, the soprano, Summer, on the not-quite-so-sunny island of Malta.
Stylorouge were also putting the finishing touches to Sarah Brightman's new website, which would go on to be nominated for a BT Music Online Award, and the company handled the advertising campaign for Madonna's album, the release of which was launched with Stylorouge-created TV spots.

Manga commission a series of T shirts, ZTT re-package the work of post-Propaganda avant-pop group, Act, with help from Mark Higenbottam, and Catatonia's Cerys Matthews is back with her first solo project.

Stylorouge earlier in the year to shoot Sarah Brightman in Morocco for her Harem project.
Nigal Raymond creates a beautiful 3D animated interface for Zena Holloway's promotional DVD. Underwater photographer Zena is represented
by Peter Bailey Company, for whom Stylorouge had recently built a website.
Mitchell Beazley publish a hardbook book, Album by Nick deVille, in time for the Christmas market. Stylorouge are afforded a generous section within the book. deVille describes Stylorouge as "a highly successful, multidisciplinary design company with an eclectic range and an acute eye for the evocative image. Show Of Hands commission a photo shoot and sleeve
for their new studio album Country Life, and to accompany it a promo video. EMI Classics promote the new album by Karl Jenkins' Adiemus project (which created the soundtrack of the iconic British Airways commercials) by commissioning a promo by Stylorouge. Shot on location at Giffords Circus, the footage also creates the basis of a Stylorouge-directed TV spot.
In the same year, Creative director Rob O'Connor is invited to be a judge at the D&AD Student Awards.
The year ends with Katie Melua's single The Closest Thing To Crazy entering the UK Top Ten.
